Yes — every plan starts with a free trial so you can run real jobs through ScopeRun before paying.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings — changes prorate automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus monthly and is available on every plan.
What if I cancel?+
Your data stays available through the end of your billing period. You can export everything before cancellation.
Do you charge per user or per project?+
Each tier includes a set number of seats and active projects. Need more? Move up a plan or contact us about volume pricing.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed through industry-standard providers — we never store card details on our servers.

Subscription terms
- Billing. ScopeRun subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars, through our secure payment processor. You will see the full price and billing cadence before any charge.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings — no phone call, no friction.
- Cancellation. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can export your project data at any time before or after cancellation.
- Free trial. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. If you choose to subscribe after the trial, billing starts the day you upgrade.
- Refunds & questions. Contact us at support@scoperunapp.com — we respond within 1 business day.

Where your subscription is managed depends on where you bought it.
Web subscriptions
- Billing cycle: charged monthly or annually in advance from scoperunapp.com.
- Renewal: renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancellation: open Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Access continues until period end.
- Refunds: email support@scoperunapp.com within 14 days of charge for a full refund. After 14 days, we review on a case-by-case basis.
Apple App Store
- Billing: handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID.
- Renewal: auto-renews until cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds: request directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Google Play Store
- Billing: handled entirely by Google through your Google account.
- Renewal: auto-renews until cancelled in Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime in Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until period end.
- Refunds: request directly from Google at play.google.com. We cannot issue refunds for Play Store purchases.
