Account deletion

Delete your account and data.

You're in control of your data. Here's how to permanently delete your ScopeRun account.

Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, projects, customers, estimates, invoices, photos, and documents associated with your account cannot be recovered. Consider exporting anything you need first.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in at app.scoperunapp.com.
  2. Go to SettingsAccount.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and follow the confirmation prompts.
  4. You'll receive an email confirming deletion.

Option 2 — Email assisted deletion

If you can't access your account or would prefer assistance, email support@scoperunapp.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request."

We'll verify your identity, confirm the request, and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login
  • Projects, estimates, invoices, change orders
  • Customer records you created
  • Uploaded photos, documents, and files
  • Voice notes and AI-generated content
  • Team memberships you own

What may be retained

  • Billing records required for tax and accounting purposes
  • Encrypted backups, purged on a rolling 30-day cycle
  • Anonymized usage logs that cannot identify you
  • Records required by law or active legal hold

Export your data first

Before deleting, you can export estimates, invoices, customer lists, and project records from inside the app. Need a full data export? Email support@scoperunapp.com and we'll prepare one.
